Event Description:
On average start-ups spend more than 25% of their already limited budgets on marketing. Still, marketing in the entrepreneurial venture is usually done with limited experience or knowledge about communication, and/or by someone under-capitalized. With a special focus on consumer marketing, this new SSES weekend workshop focuses on providing students with entrepreneurial ways to think about these challenges, as well as tools to leverage their limited resources. Please note that this workshop is especially designed to address the needs of entrepreneurs and young start-ups with basic understanding in marketing. About the speaker Rasmus Rahm is the Director of Education at SSES, and also a PR-consultant at Pop n Roll. About the SSES Weekend Workshops The SSES Weekend Workshops were introduced in Autumn 2006 as an intense complementary offering to the SSES course curriculum. The workshops are held over two days and deal with topics identified by SSES students as being relevant to complement the SSES courses. All workshops are free of charge and open to all students at our partner universities.

Presenting this winter’s ultimate matchmaking event When: November 20 16-19 Where: Prinsens Galleri, SSE (Entrance at Holländargatan 32) A host of different competencies all under one roof The event will help you find the competence you are looking for in your company. Or perhaps find the company that needs your unique abilities? In a unique collaboration between the Stockholm School of Entrepreneurship (SSES), Connect and Venture Cup, four target groups get a chance to meet each other at the same event. It will be particularly useful for: - Companies looking to hire personnel - Competence sharing between companies, perhaps at board-level? - Scientists to meet entrepreneurs and business developer or find help writing their business plan? - Students to gain experience in exciting companies. You will also get to listen to Martin Svensson Henning, Recruitment Consultant at Talentia, and meet entrepreneur Johan Wahlbäck, founder of Singelringen.
