Event Name: Global Entrepreneurship Week ROC A12 Velp

Event Description:
Some twenty first year students of the International Business and Communication course at ROC A12 Velp( school for vocational studies) have to start up "businesses for one day" in couples: starting to think of it on Monday 17, carrying out on Tuesday 18 and presenting their business plans and results in English on Wednesday 19 November to an international jury of young and older entrepreneurs and some other experts. The jury will hand over different awards and prices to the most succesful couples. The Chamber of Commerce in Arnhem is involved as well as Partnership Entrepreneurship, aiming at stimulating and celebrating entrepreneurship in the Netherlands. Of course with this event we promote our IBC course locally. We also celebrate with it the start of the introduction of entrepreneurship in the curricula of all departments of our school. And last but not least we want to show the outside world that we are busy in school dealing with entrepreneurship and the starting of businesses.
