Event Description:
Business Link provides information, advice and support needed to start, maintain and grow a business. It provides information and advice to help new businesses make the most of their opportunities. The Business Link service is a crucial part of the government's campaign to promote enterprise and to make the UK the best place in the world to start and grow a business. Business Link together with NYBEP, are launching a new and exciting partnership which aims to take Enterprise Education to the next level, through providing free support and guidance to young people who show an entrepreneurial flair and have the potential to set up their own mini enterprise. In addition to one to one support, schools will be able to access a range of services including challenges, activities, role plays and presentations. This pilot programme will initially be launched to just 12 schools. In order to get involved and take up this offer of free support from Business Link, you are required to attend the launch meeting on 19th November. During this meeting teachers will form a focus group and have the opportunity to influence the services offered to schools by Business Link and have a say on what support they might need from NYBEP.
