National University of Singapore Entrepreneurship Centre (a divison of NUS Enterprise)
Event Description:
It has been said that the current economic environment is unparalleled. Even profitable businesses have been known to fail, as lenders and major creditors tighten credit lines. SMEs would inevitably be affected, especially so when it affects their day to day cash flow and operations.
The odds of any improvement in the current financial situation are very faint. Changes, if any, in the scenario won’t come into sight at least until the start of 2009. This is more serious that the economists might have estimated.
What should you do when the creditors come knocking at your door?
What should you do to facilitating payment from your debtors?
Have you safeguarded your firm from creditors?
To answer these questions, ASME has a line up speakers, who will offer you some tips and advice on the best possible ways to protect your business from creditors and to minimise losses. Conversely, this may also be employed by you, as a creditor, to recover your debts.
