At the Cross of Politics and Technology
Friday, March 21st, 2008This is cool. A Stanford professor, Larry Lessing, has created a “wikipedia” of sorts to follow politicians. This will be a place for voters to post a congressman and his position on events. People can then follow the events and update the position of the candidate. The point is to make sure that the promises politicians make are followed through on- its an interesting concept and increases the usability of the wikipedia model. I wonder how else we can use this technology to the benefit of greater society and if we can increase its profitability thus making it a true entrepreneurial venture.
