More than War Heros!

vetrepreneur1.jpgThere are millions of war vets all around the world. Here is one interesting idea on how we can help this part of society actively engage. I received this email today from a US Regional Director in Idaho, Norris Krueger. Please check out these links and see what you think, chance are you will like his ideas too:

Know any disabled vets who’d like to consider entrepreneurship??? http://www.defenselink.mil/news/newsarticle.aspx?id=49866

I’m in El Paso as I type this at a conference to encourage
entrepreneurship in persons with disabilities (see the link at
http://pronetos.com***) and the star of the show is my friend Mike
Haynie at Syracuse University, who’s started a truly amazing program
to help disabled vets to join the entrepreneurial world. I’m damned
proud to know this guy. (And fortunately, I get to speak before him,
LOL). I’ve seen the curriculum & it’s superb - exactly what is needed.

The closest of this year’s programs are Texas A&M and UCLA but
proximity is not necessary. The links below tell a great story, but
barely scratch the surface of the impact this program is starting to
make. Please let me know if you can think of anyone in your towns who
would be interested. Again:
