Interested in Entrepreneurship? Like Making Movies?

Global Entrepreneurship Week is searching for filmmakers of all backgrounds to create an original 60-second video explaining “What it Means to be an Entrepreneur.”

Be creative:

Create an original 60 second short describing “What It Means to be an Entrepreneur” for Global Entrepreneurship Week.

We’re looking for creative and interesting shorts. Don’t make it overly serious. In fact, if you wear a suit and tie in your video, you’ll most likely be disqualified. However, if you convince a talking monkey to tell us what it means to be an entrepreneur, than you’ll probably be cooler than the rest.

Make sure your video incorporates the objectives of Global Entrepreneurship Week (http://www.unleashingideas.org/theweek/objectives), notes our website (http://www.unleashingideas.org), and includes our logo.

Be smart:

Please send your name, email address, video title, and a video to rjacobs@unleashingideas.org.

Creating a video takes hard work and we appreciate your participation and dedication! All entries will be reviewed carefully and judged on the following criteria:

50% Creativity

30% Originality

20% Humor

All entries must be your original work, must not violate third party rights, or have woany other previous awards.

The video can be in color or black and white and may be enhanced with graphics, special effects and/or animation.

The video must be in MPEG, AVI, QUICKTIME, MOV, FLV, or WMV format.

The video should not exceed 60 seconds. If any video entry is longer than 60 seconds in length, only the first 60 seconds will be judged.

All video submissions will be posted on http://youtube.com/user/Unleashingideas and will be viewable to the general public. However, if a submission is considered offensive or does not abide by YouTube’s terms and conditions, Global Entrepreneurship Week reserves the right to remove your video from the contest.

THE DEADLINE TO SUBMIT YOUR VIDEO IS JULY 15, 2008!!!
